Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase, such as the items purchased, order number, shipping address, and expected delivery date. Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to orders based on the state and local laws governing the delivery address of your order. During the checkout process, the applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to the total order amount.
If you are located in a state where sales tax is applicable, the total cost of your order will include the appropriate sales tax based on the delivery address. For international orders, taxes and duties may be imposed by local authorities, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure prompt shipping. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we strive to accommodate changes, orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be able to be modified or canceled.

Refunds

If your payment was made via gift card, the refund will be issued back to the original gift card. In cases where a partial refund is issued, the refunded amount will be reflected in your payment method accordingly.

All payments made on Regal Skis are processed in USD (United States Dollar). If you are shopping from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider will convert the total cost to your local currency. Please be aware that currency exchange rates may vary, and some payment providers may charge additional fees for currency conversion.
